Sales
10th , 12th pass 2 year experience
Technician
Diploma 10th ,12th pass 2 year experience
Engineer
B.tech from Mechanical 3-4 year experience
Costing and Estimation
Cost and estimation for WTP, STP, plumbing should have the knowledge and experience.
Technical & Engineering Roles
- Education : Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Experience : Minimum 2–4 years of relevant field experience (depending on role)
- Skills : Site supervision, system installation, maintenance knowledge, understanding of water/wastewater systems, familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools
Operations & Maintenance
- Education : 12th pass / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical field.
- Experience : Minimum 2–3 years in O&M of STP, WTP, ETP or related equipment
- Skills : Plant monitoring, chemical dosing, daily reporting
Sales & Business Development
- Education : Graduate or MBA in Marketing/Environmental/Engineering background preferred.
- Experience : 1–3 years in technical sales, client interaction, proposal drafting mail.
- Skills : Strong communication, understanding of treatment systems, CRM tools.
Technical & Engineering Roles
